1. Cybersecurity Compliance Services (Regulated Industries)

Target clients: Registered Investment Advisers (RIAs), broker-dealers, accounting firms, insurance, community banks, and municipalities.

What this helps with: Protecting client data, preparing for exams/audits, and having clear plans if something goes wrong.

  • Allowed: “We help you prepare for audits,” “We provide policies and ongoing monitoring.”
  • Not allowed: “Guaranteed SEC approval,” “Guaranteed breach-free operations,” “Regulatory certification.”

Compliance support does not equal regulatory approval. Avoid regulatory claims; defer to the client’s compliance officer/counsel.

2. Cybersecurity Services for SMBs

Who it’s for: Small and mid-sized businesses that need practical protection without a full-time security team.

What it covers:

  • Quick security checkups and gap analysis
  • Ongoing monitoring (SOC/EDR) and alerting
  • Staff awareness training and phishing simulations
  • Clear action plans for handling incidents
  • Optional Incident Response tiers with faster SLAs and warranties

3. IT Managed Services (Praesto Pro)

Purpose: Day-to-day IT help so businesses stay up and running without hiring an internal team.

What’s included:

  • Helpdesk & remote support for employees
  • Device management (updates, security, MDM/Intune)
  • Networking, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure support
  • Backups, disaster recovery, and continuity planning
  • Cloud migrations and optimization (Microsoft 365, Azure)

4. Software Licensing (Microsoft & Other Vendors)

Why it matters: Most businesses need Microsoft 365 for email and documents, plus security and backup tools.

What we provide:

  • Microsoft 365 plans (Business Basic → E5)
  • Azure subscriptions and governance
  • Microsoft security (Defender, Sentinel, Purview)
  • Trusted third-party tools (AV, backup, MFA, productivity)
Affiliate restriction (important):

Licensing is provisioned by Praesto or authorized resellers. Affiliates may not resell Microsoft or third-party licenses unless expressly authorized in writing.


Appendix A — Incident Response Options

  • Basic: Best-effort response, typically within 16 hours. Per-incident fees apply.
  • Gold: 6-hour SLA plus a $100,000 cyber warranty included in the monthly rate.
  • Platinum: 3-hour SLA plus a $500,000 cyber warranty included in the monthly rate.

Appendix B — How Affiliates Earn

  • Referral: You bring the lead; Praesto handles sales and delivery. Flat fee or % per program rules.
  • Residual: A monthly % of collected subscription revenue, while the client remains active.
  • Wholesale (white label): Discounted partner rates; you set your client markup (authorization required).

All commission eligibility, timing, and clawbacks are governed by the signed agreements. CRM record is the system of record.
