Matthias has been in the managed services space since 2017, bringing with him advanced abilities to understand, innovate and implement new IT systems within small and midsize businesses. From digital signage system design to 
corporate IT experience in the aerospace and retail industries, Matthias has over fifteen years of experience providing current and trending IT solutions. Matthias’ passion for automation and integration has formed the culture and process at Praesto Pro in delivering our unique approach to IT services. Matthias is a Army veteran. He lives in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area with his wife, Karina, three children, and a zoo of animals.

Head of Customer Success

Rick leverages 20+ years of experience in technology to provide pragmatic solutions that fortify organizations, optimize IT infrastructure, and boost efficiency. Renowned for surpassing expectations, he excels in tailoring solutions to address operational pain points. A Bay Area native and avid sports enthusiast, Rick treasures time spent with his two adult sons.

Head of Pen Testing and Incident Response

Jim has been an Information Technology (IT) Consultant for the last 15 years. During that time, he has built networks and servers that support virtualization using Citrix and Hyper-V virtualization based on Linux and Windows operating systems. While his work has been networking and servers, cyber security and monitoring has become his main focus. Jim holds a B.S. in Engineering and enjoys hunting and fishing with his friends.

Specializing in threat hunting, vulnerability management, and incident response, they possess a deep technical understanding of modern attack vectors and defensive mitigation strategies. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering along with advanced industry certifications, and they are dedicated to defending critical infrastructure against evolving global threats.

A seasoned Director and HR leader with a proven track record in driving strategic growth within the information services sector. With a deep understanding of the industry, she has successfully led functions for a leading fintech company, overseeing talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for a large IT and digital services team. Her expertise in negotiation, strategic planning, and customer relationship management has been instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Anita holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Jammu and is passionate about leveraging her business acumen to contribute to organizational success.
